A leading energy company is seeking a Site Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a major infrastructure project in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience in High Voltage Substation construction and a strong understanding of safety and construction regulations. This role involves ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and maintaining a collaborative site culture, with a competitive salary and strong benefits.
Base Location: Once the construction phase begins, you’ll be expected to work on-site at the Hurlie 400kV Substation Project near Stonehaven, five days per week.
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 depending on experience + car / cash allowance + performance-related bonus + range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

SSEN Transmission has an opportunity for a Site Construction Manager experienced in the principles of the construction and commissioning of major transmission substations.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering the 400kV Major Infrastructure Project between Kintore and Tealing near Dundee. You'll typically join the project before Gate 3 of the LCP process and take responsibility for the construction phase, ensuring suppliers carry out works in accordance with SSEN processes, procedures, and contracted Works Information.

The role requires a full current driving licence due to the requirement to travel to and be on site and during the construction phase you will be expected to be on site 5 days/week.
