An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Cleaning Supervisor to join our Estates team reporting to our Sites Estates Manager. As a Site Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the site cleaning team, managing daily tasks, schedules, and standards to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality. You will monitor performance, support training and development, and ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and infection control requirements.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, hands-on, and detail focused. You’ll have experience leading cleaning teams, ensuring high standards, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be organised, safety-conscious, and able to motivate staff while managing schedules and supplies. Strong communication, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence are essential.
