We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on an ongoing basis. Applicants must have previous experience working within the construction sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an amazing, collaborative team on a leading flagship construction project in the heart of Sheffield.

The Role

You will provide essential administrative support to the project and site teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of this high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to project and site teams within a construction environment
  • Managing project documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinating meetings, minutes, and correspondence
  • Assisting with health & safety, compliance, and subcontractor documentation
  • Supporting procurement, invoicing, and general office administration
  • Acting as a key point of contact for administrative queries
