A leading NHS Trust in England is looking for an experienced surgical nurse to join their Mixed Surgery Specialty team. The role involves leadership, operational management support, and a commitment to improving patient care standards. Ward A6 is primarily an acute surgical unit, mainly looking after general surgical patients. We also may receive other surgical specialties onto the ward, including orthopaedic and urology. We are seeking a suitably experienced surgical nurse who has a passion about patient safety, staff training and development, strong leadership, by setting examples of the highest standards and the delivery of exceptional quality care to patients with mixed surgical and medical conditions.
