An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated nurse with exceptional skills and knowledge to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Unit (NRU) at Kendray Hospital.
The NRU is a 12-bedded local specialist rehabilitation unit that provides a neurological rehabilitation service which enables patients with long term neurological conditions, including patients with an acute injury or episode, to access rehabilitation that is coordinated, timely and responsive to patient needs.
The Sister/Charge Nurse will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, assisting in leading the provision of outstanding patient care and innovative nursing practice.
We are seeking nurse leaders who can support ward managers to help build a confident, high-quality and caring team who are experts in their field. You’ll be responsible for championing rehabilitation nursing and supporting nursing staff, while working alongside other multi-disciplinary colleagues.
