Main purpose of the role

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from corporate trust lawyers to support our internally across various clients.

This is expected to be a full‑time role with three days in our London office.

Person specification
  • You are a qualified lawyer with proven experience in corporate trust gained within a leading private practice or an in‑house legal team.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
