A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Asset Management Lawyer for a full-time role in their London office. This position supports a global investment management firm and focuses on a mix of IMA work. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with experience in asset management and investment funds, possesses excellent communication skills, and can work effectively under tight deadlines. Experience in drafting Investment Management Agreements is essential. The role requires the right to work in the UK, with no visa sponsorship available.

Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from Asset Management Lawyers who are keen to support our client a global investment management firm.
This is a full time role covering a parental leave for 6 months and based in the London office 3-4 days per week.
The consultant will have a focus on a mix of IMA work and implementing new products and ideas across the global business.
