Salary Range: From £28,000 p/a

At Chicken CycleKit, a company with over a century of industry experience, we continue to be a market leader in two‑wheel solutions, offering premium cycles and accessories to a wide range of customers.

Due to further expansion of the company, we are looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be a results‑focused individual with strong account/relationship management skills and brand awareness, working collaboratively with our external Area Sales Managers to help achieve company goals and grow revenues. This role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience, maintaining and reviewing ongoing business, and generating new sales opportunities in an ever‑shifting marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing our customers as the first point of contact when they contact Chicken CycleKit via email, online messaging or telephone.
  • Checking and processing orders.
  • Advising customers on their requirements, informing them about unique offers, promotions and new exciting products that could be of interest to them.
  • Processing customer payments.
  • Help execute Chicken CycleKit’s sales and service initiatives, closely aligned with the company goals to reach and surpass revenue and profitability targets.
  • Aid with all aspects of sales office administration, including the computer system, CRM system, notification of website updates, and anything that eases general office efficiency.
