A leading fast-food retailer in the UK is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has supervisor experience and a background in food retail. This role offers competitive pay, employee discounts, and a supportive workplace culture.
About the role Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.
You'll also be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good.
