Responsibilities
  • As the Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop with customer service as a priority.
  • Ensure donations are prepared and sorted for the shop floor; this role involves a significant amount of manual handling.
  • Recruit and maintain a bank of skilled and general volunteers to collect, sort, prepare donations for sale and provide the service customers deserve.
  • Establish links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps and community individuals to secure donations and volunteer time or skills training.
