Job summary

Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee in Sidcup is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations, coach the barista team, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with warmth and consistency.

You will run shifts, set priorities, delegate tasks, and uphold health and safety while responding to customer needs in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves early mornings, evenings, weekends and opportunities for development within our store network.

Qualifications

• You have previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• You will lead operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
• You are able to work shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
• Motivate the store team and address issues to optimise customer experience.
• Organise opening and closing duties and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide quality beverages and foods following recipes and safety standards.
