Cobra Coffee - Starbucks Franchisee is seeking a shift supervisor in Bath to lead daily shifts, coach a team of baristas, and uphold the Starbucks Experience for customers with high quality service, beverages and products.

You will collaborate with store leadership, manage shift priorities, and foster a positive learning environment while ensuring safety and operational standards. The role includes early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or supervisory roles in retail/hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts and coach partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations, coach baristas, and ensure high-quality Starbucks Experience for customers.
• Set priorities, delegate tasks, and manage resources to drive store profitability.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards while delivering consistent beverages and food items.
• Organise opening and closing duties and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.
