Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a shift supervisor to lead the shift, coach a team of baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service, beverages and products.

You'll work in a fast-paced store with early mornings, evenings and weekends. In return you’ll gain comprehensive training, opportunities for progression, and a supportive working environment focused on balance and development.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading store operations in a retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts with customers at the core, coaching your team to deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Set priorities, delegate tasks, and optimise resources during shifts.
• Resolve issues in real time to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Inspire and motivate the store team to maintain high standards and learn from teachable moments.
• Lead opening and closing duties while ensuring policy compliance and safety.
