Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, invites applications for a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, coach baristas, and ensure the Starbucks Experience for customers. The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll work to deliver consistent quality beverages and food, manage opening/closing duties, and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards while promoting excellent customer service and friendly guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience coaching and developing a team in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to lead shifts and resolve issues to maintain the Starbucks Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach the team to deliver high quality beverages and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set priorities and delegate tasks.
• Drive store profitability by managing resources and operations during shifts.
• Motivate the team to ensure smooth opening and closing duties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and sanitation procedures.
