Cobra Coffee – a Starbucks UK franchised partner – is hiring a shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced team of baristas, delivering the Starbucks Experience with high-quality service and products. You will coach the team, manage shifts, and ensure smooth store operations in a role that emphasises customer satisfaction.

We value previous supervisory or coaching experience in retail or hospitality, with the ability to solve problems on the floor and drive team performance to create memorable moments

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to manage shifts and coach a team to deliver the Starbucks Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations, coach partners, and ensure high-quality service.
• Coordinate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and optimise store efficiency.
• Resolve on-the-spot issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to store procedures including cash handling and safety.
