Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Bradley Stoke. You will lead shifts, coach a team of baristas, and ensure the Starbucks Experience with high quality service, beverages, and products.

As a supervisor, you’ll manage store operations, set priorities, and respond to issues to optimise the customer journey. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends are possible. You’ll help develop your team and contribute to store profitability.

Qualifications

• Has previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Leads shifts and coaches the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Able to solve problems on the shop floor and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with customers at the core and coach partners on shift.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the team to ensure a smooth customer experience during every shift.
• Organise opening and closing duties and ensure adherence to policies.
