Job summary

Cobra Coffee is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily shifts with our team of baristas, delivering the Starbucks Experience through quality service and products.

You will coach partners, manage operations on shift, and ensure standards in food and beverage preparation, safety, and customer care. Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality is beneficial, with flexible hours including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or supervising in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead shifts and coach partners to deliver the Starbucks Experience.
• Strong customer-focused approach with problem-solving on the go.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts, ensuring high-quality service for customers.
