Shift Supervisor

• £57,000 - £60,000
• Shift Supervisor / Shift Leader role in canning, bottling, FMCG, food & bev packaging
• You must have FMCG experience or closely linked food packaging, canning, bottling, etc.; must be high‑volume food or beverage manufacturing (the company does both food and beverage)
• Business based near Burton upon Trent; not a large brewery. Fast‑growth, medium‑size business.
• Total package including shift allowance – £57,000 – £60,000 + 8% pension + 33 days holiday. 12‑hour shifts rotating, often a 4‑day week.
