Overview

We are recruiting for Shift Managers in Wellesbourne, CV35 with immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations during assigned shift (inbound, outbound, and returns).
• Manage and support team leaders and warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and workflow efficiency throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Handle shift planning, attendance, and issue resolution.
• Report operational performance and incidents to senior management.
