Electrical or Mechanical Shift Leader

  • Salary: £60,000 per annum + Overtime + HV Course + KPI Based Bonuses
  • Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (Days & Nights)
  • Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Lead the engineering operations at one of London's most iconic landmark buildings. We're working with a top-tier facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Electrical or Mechanical Shift Leader for a prestigious static site in the heart of the City. This is a standout opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile contract, supported by just one Shift Technician while on rota.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing all M&E operations during your shift
  • Supervising and mentoring one Shift Technician
  • Managing PPMs, reactive maintenance, and fault-finding across building systems
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and site procedures
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Taking ownership of critical systems and escalation protocols
HVAP Training Opportunity

Candidates must have theelectrical competency and technical backgroundto be considered forHigh Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP)training. Full training and support will be provided as part of your development.

What You'll Need
