Greggs plc in Bridgend is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the store when the Manager isn’t on duty, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

You’ll supervise daily shift activity, prepare our popular products, manage ovens, restock displays, and keep the shop clean and presentable while upholding Greggs’ standards and culture. Experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens.
