Job summary

Greggs Plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and manage in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru operations. You will prepare products, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment.

Applicants should have previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment and be able to lead by example while supporting an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work across multiple channels including in-store and online orders.
