Job summary

Greggs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

You will oversee food preparation, maintain stock, and uphold Greggs standards, while ensuring the shop remains clean, welcoming and well-presented on every shift.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop's high standards.
