Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. You will oversee the shop when the Manager is away, motivate staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

Responsibilities include leading by example, preparing products, managing ovens, keeping displays stocked, and maintaining a clean, welcoming shop environment. Excellent leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous team supervisory experience in a similar, customer-focused environment.
