Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop and support the Manager. You’ll inspire and motivate a team, ensure they have what they need, and deliver a brilliant customer experience across in-store, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

Expect to prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, presentable shop while providing fast, friendly service across shifts.

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and able to lead by example.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
