Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop in the absence of the Store Manager. You and the team will deliver outstanding customer service across in-store, delivery and other channels, while ensuring products are prepared and the ovens managed efficiently.

You will inspire the team, lead by example, keep displays well stocked, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment to provide a brilliant customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
