Job summary

Starbucks Wisbech on Cromwell Road is seeking a customer-focused team member to support store operations during scheduled shifts. You will assist the store manager, help delegate tasks, and ensure the Starbucks Experience for customers remains exceptional.

You will model Starbucks guiding principles, deliver legendary service, and help train new partners while maintaining a calm, positive environment during busy periods and overseeing opening/closing duties as required.

• Open and close store operations as required.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality during shifts.
