Job summary

Starbucks Grimsby - Europarc DT is seeking a Store Associate to support the store manager in executing daily store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring the Starbucks Experience for customers and maintaining brand standards.

You will train and coach partners, nurture a positive team environment, deliver legendary service, manage opening and closing duties, and follow cash handling and safety procedures to protect customers and partners alike.
