Job summary

Starbucks Scunthorpe-Mannaberg Way DT is seeking a dedicated team member to support store operations during scheduled shifts. You will deploy partners, delegate tasks, and help create the Starbucks Experience for customers while modeling our guiding principles.

In this role you will work closely with the store manager, supervise shift activities, and coach partners to uphold standards in customer service, safety, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to maintain Starbucks Experience.
• Model Starbucks guiding principles and maintain a positive shift environment.
• Provide coaching and feedback to partners to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, health, safety and security policies.
• Deliver legendary customer service and engage with customers to meet needs.
• Open and close store duties as assigned and maintain attendance.
