Job summary

Starbucks South Woodford - George Ln is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store operations and lead baristas during shifts. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting café, and upholding Starbucks standards to ensure a smooth daily flow.

In this role you will open/close the store, oversee cash handling, monitor beverage quality, and mentor partners to drive a positive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming café environment.
• Open and close the store following Starbucks' standards.
• Lead shifts and supervise baristas, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
• Manage cash handling, till counts, and register accuracy.
• Monitor beverage and food quality per Starbucks recipes and standards.
• Maintain inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
• Provide coaching to team members to support performance and growth.
• Lead daily shift briefings with goals and promotions.
• Uphold safety and sanitation guidelines and health regulations.
