Job summary

You will coach staff, run shifts, manage opening/closing duties, and uphold cash handling, safety and hygiene standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Must have coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience leading shifts and managing a team in retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and maintain a positive learning environment for colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and team of baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality service.
• Organise opening and closing duties and manage resources for profitable store operation.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Inspire and motivate the team, share best practices and handle issues to optimise customer experience.
