Qualifications

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager, lead shifts and inspire the team.
• Set priorities, assign roles and delegate tasks to drive store profitability.
• Motivate the team to ensure the Starbucks Experience for partners and customers.
• Organise opening and closing duties and ensure adherence to policies.
• Provide quality beverages and food while following health and safety guidelines.
