Qualifications

Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off DnN

Salary: Up to £48,000

Location: Kent, UK

We're seeking a skilled and proactive Shift Engineer to join their close-knit, high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to be part of a forward-thinking company investing heavily in the future of production technology.

Duties
  • Assess production breakdowns with Manufacturing/Technical teams to prioritise intervention/resources.
  • Apply hands-on engineering to restore equipment quickly, minimising downtime and waste.
  • Complete assigned PPM/inspections on time with full documentation, demonstrating preventative maintenance commitment.
  • Follow approved spares ordering and booking out procedures.
  • Proactively identifying Equipment risk and actioning before equipment failure can happen.
Requirements
  • Maintenance experience within the FMCG/Manufacturing - desirable
  • Multi skilled with an electrical bias
  • Relevant Electrical qualifications
  • Understanding of H&S
  • Forward-thinking with CI exposure
