Salary £44,000 to £49,000 plus Overtime & Benefits

Shift Pattern‑Double Days, 6 on 3 off.

What You Will Do:

• Provide engineering maintenance and fault‑finding support for advanced industrial machinery, including injection moulding machines and assembly lines.
• Work on planned preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot PLC and drive systems to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with operational teams and management to address maintenance requirements and provide detailed feedback on repairs and preventative measures.
• Promote safety by adhering to OHSE legislation, completing risk assessments, and encouraging safe behaviours across the site.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence strategies.

What You Will Bring:

• Time‑served Industrial Electrician qualifications and ONC certification as a minimum.
• Proven experience in an industrial engineering environment, ideally within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of injection moulding machines and assembly lines, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting PLCs and drive systems.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with CMMS systems.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to safety and quality.
