We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This machine is a critical component of our production process, responsible for efficiently and accurately producing a variety of packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating corrugated machines or similar equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent downtime and prolong machine lifespan.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality inspections.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and quality assurance.
