A leading manufacturing organization in High Wycombe is seeking a qualified Health & Safety leader to manage SHE systems and develop policies to maintain a safe working environment. The candidate will need to hold a NEBOSH Diploma and have experience in managing SHE legislation within a manufacturing setting. This role offers an opportunity to enhance the safety culture and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
• An appropriate Environmental qualification is desirable.
• Relevant experience in managing SHE in a manufacturing/engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the current SHE management systems.
• Lead the SHE Committee efforts.
• Develop improved SHE policy proposals.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide appropriate training.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the SHE management systems.
