Overview

Plymouth Parents' Accommodation and Support Service, 37.5 hours per week. Salary: £35,593 per annum. Target Start Date: ASAP.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Services Manager working 37.5 hours per week based in the city of Plymouth.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering a safe and supportive environment for parents and their children to develop independent living skills.
  • Leading and inspiring your team.
  • Ensuring the support we provide is person-centred and trauma informed.
  • Housing management (maximising income and reducing rent arrears).
  • Budget setting and oversight.
  • Responsibility for all other aspects of the service.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that safeguarding policies and procedures are followed and for risk management and will be working in partnership in a multi-agency setting to promote the safety and wellbeing of the people who live in the service.
  • You will be part of an out of hours on-call support rota (approximately one week in every 16 weeks) and will receive an additional payment (currently £169 per week).
