In this role, you will collaborate in a dynamic Agile environment to configure, customize, and maintain the platform to meet evolving business needs. You will play a key role in improving efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements, and cross-system integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and supporting the SPM module, excels at solving complex technical challenges, and can design scalable solutions with minimal disruption to the environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically within the SPM module
• Servicenow Certified Application Developer
• Strong understanding of ITSM and general ServiceNow architecture
• Solid grasp of ITIL principles and best practices
