The ideal candidate will specialize in Customer Service Management (CSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM) with strong integration experience. This role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions to meet enterprise needs, maintaining existing solutions, and providing technical leadership. The contract is for 6 months, starting immediately, with a day rate at market value related to IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect.
