A day in the life of

As a Service Technician, no two days are quite the same but here are some of the ways you’ll roll out the red carpet:

• Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet safety and quality standards set out by the brand.

• Ensure the fast & efficient flow of products through to full restoration while maintaining a commercial oversight of cost versus return.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot & restore all technical issues related to sofa functionality, including reclining mechanisms, adjustable and electrical components and structural integrity.
