Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure delivery of person-centered care and support to service users.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required.
