A leading HVAC services provider in the UK is seeking a sales specialist for service and maintenance contracts. The role involves building relationships with end-users and contractors, driving sales across maintenance services, and managing a strong regional patch to meet targets. Candidates should have a proven background in selling HVAC services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic sales planning. The position offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 and additional benefits including bonuses and a company car.

In this role, you'll focus on end-user sales, engaging with contractors, facilities management companies, and maintenance partners. You'll support new maintenance contracts, renewals, repairs, and a small element of rental solutions. You will inherit a strong patch, with significant order intake already established, and work to grow sales in line with ambitious regional targets.
This role requires proven experience selling Service & Maintenance Contracts within the HVAC, commercial heating, or building services sectors. A background selling into HVAC OEMs would also be considered. Ideally the Service Sales Manager will have End User, FM and Contractor customers across the North West.
