The Role
  • To support & manage a group of sub contract Service Partner companies
  • To manage the relationships with these Service Partners & to monitor their performance against various KPIs
  • To identify training needs at the various Service Partners
  • To provide the appropriate training to the various Service Partners
  • To accompany Service Engineers from the various Service Partners on field/customer visits
The Person
  • Must have a technical background & have provided a Repair/Maintenance service either on behalf of an OEM or working for a Third Party Provider
  • Should have worked as an Engineer or Service Manager within one of the following industries – Refrigeration, gas industry, HVAC, restaurant
