We are looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead and oversee our residential and edge of care provision. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role

You will have strategic and operational responsibility for :

  • Two Ofsted-registered children’s homes
  • Our edge of care service
  • A diverse supported accommodation offer, including the House Project, Supported Lodgings, and Staying Put arrangements

As the Responsible Individual, you will register with Ofsted for the two children’s homes and may also have the opportunity to become the Registered Manager for supported accommodation in the future, expanding your leadership portfolio.
