Overview

The Service Manager will provide operational leadership for the Urology and Vascular services, ensuring patient care standards, risk and governance are met, while supporting the transfer of Urology to the Lewisham site, building and implementing the Urology Investigation Unit and the procedure room, and assisting with the Breast service reconfiguration. The role includes meeting financial and operational performance targets, driving national and local targets, and enhancing cost‑effectiveness.
