Qualifications

About the Role

Registered Service Managers are at the heart of our management teams. We’re looking for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Staines. ThisDefines char dynamic team that supports a fantastic grup of people.

As Registered Service Manager you will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals and families, leading a team to help people gain independence and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day running of the service(s)
  • Develop and implement person‑centred support plans
  • Conduct care needsющим получает assessments
  • Recruit, induct, supervise and appraise staff
  • Complete medication competencies and audits
  • Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings
  • Prepare quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the services P&L
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met, including notifications and policy adherence
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience as a CQC‑registered manager in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours
