We are working with a fast-growing family-run engineering business, established in 2009, that is now entering an exciting period of growth and expansion. They partner with major names in the transport and construction industries, including Stagecoach, Trentbarton, Crossroad Trucker & Bus, and more.

Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Engineer with strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and progress in a supportive and expanding company.

The Role
  • Carry out engineering work across customer sites nationwide
  • Support clients in the transport and construction sectors
  • Diagnose and repair systems involving hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Assist with fabrication and welding tasks (training can be provided if required)
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
Person Specification
  • Minimum 3 years' engineering experience with knowledge of hydraulics & pneumatics
  • Fabrication/welding experience beneficial (not essential - training provided)
  • Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking skills
  • Good IT skills (Windows & Microsoft applications)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential for nationwide travel)
  • Right to Work in the UK
