A leading water treatment specialist based in the UK is seeking a Service Engineer to service, install, and maintain water treatment systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with Reverse Osmosis and Softener systems, along with excellent customer service skills. This permanent role offers a salary of £40k – £42k per year, annual bonuses, and benefits including a van and fuel card. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer on behalf of a commercial and industrial water specialist who design, install and service a wide range of water treatment products and systems.
Established over 80 years, they have over 20,000 employees working for them across 60 countries. They have a range of products including water coolers, water fountains and instant chilled & boiling water taps. They also have a range of products for commercial and industrial water treatment including water softeners, filtration systems and RO systems.
They operate in a range of sectors including Commercial Building Services Industry, Water Utility and Domestic Building Services markets.
The Service Engineer will be required to service, install, commission and maintain water treatment equipment on site. You will be expected to deliver first class service in a safe and sustainable manner and ensure timely site attendance and follow up reporting to support the Customer. Full training of company product range will be available.
We are looking for someone with experience of water treatment equipment commissioning, service and maintenance. The main equipment will be Reverse Osmosis, Softener, Ion Exchange systems, EDI.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. It is paying £40k – £42k per annum. Perks include annual bonus, overtime, pension, life insurance and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. You will also have access to a van and fuel card which can also be used for private use. There is also a call‑out rota which is 1 in 4.
