Overview

Service Delivery Coordinator with previous experience in a similar office administrative / logistics / service coordinator role, who has an understanding of working within the criminal justice / interventions sector, is required for a well-established organisation.

SALARY: £24,500 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Remote Working

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator with previous experience in a similar office administrative / logistics / service coordinator role, who has an understanding of working within the criminal justice / interventions sector.

As the Service Delivery Coordinator you will support all aspects of the operational Behavioural Change and Support Services Unit (BCP), including planning and delivery with both internal and external stakeholders.

Working as the Service Delivery Coordinator you will actively provide a comprehensive and effective administration service for the BCP Unit including the management of administrative systems and processes and undertake all required tracking, monitoring and recording.

DUTIES
  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of BCP estates / facilities in line with agreed procedures
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing statistical and management information
  • Collate accurate data and produce reports to meet service level and contract requirements
  • Support a high-quality performance culture, upholding professional standards and positive outcomes for participants
  • Plan and schedule behavioural interventions, ensuring resources, venues, and documentation are in place
  • Organise and maintain digital files, meetings, appointments, room bookings, and correspondence to support participant attendance
  • Manage referrals, audit trails, and the BCP mailbox, ensuring timely action or delegation
  • Oversee risk management processes, embedding systems to ensure safety for participants, staff, and the wider community
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points; respond to resource queries promptly
  • Provide administrative and operational support to managers, including invoicing, purchasing, and project work
  • Ensure safeguarding and Prevent responsibilities are upheld, promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults
  • Contribute to service improvement, policy reviews, and communication of updates, while sharing good practice and success stories across contract regions
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Experience of providing procedural advice to team members
  • Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems
  • Experience in the use of databases
  • Experience of managing logistics across a wide geographic area
  • Understanding/Experience of working within the criminal justice/intervention delivery sector
  • Capable of working from home in a structured, self-motivated manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, including influencing skills
  • Good knowledge of IT, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and databases
  • Ability to make informed decisions, provide guidance and recognise the need to involve others
  • Ability to research, analyse and interpret data
  • Ability to seek out solutions to problems
  • Ability to undertake meetings, with experience in working with senior management, stakeholders and operational teams
