A telecoms company is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator for a fully remote role. The successful candidate will manage customer tickets through Jira, triage incidents, and coordinate with teams for site access and maintenance. Excellent communication skills and previous telecoms experience are essential. As a Service Delivery Coordinator – you’ll be joining a telecoms company responsible for next generation wireless infrastructure.
You’ll work in a small team and closely with the Head of Delivery and Head of Programmes to support their key customers.
The primary function will be Ticketing & Incident Management- owning and managing all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals.
Then you will triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors.
It’s a fully remote role, with potential travel into London from time to time for team meetings throughout the year.
In what’s going to be a small team we are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the flexile demands of the role.
